A certification that lapses unnoticed can stop work on site. Korvix keeps the ledger, marks each gondola Certified, Expired or Uncertified, and records who signed off.

Each gondola keeps a ledger of its certifications.
Every gondola has a history of certifications that can only be added to. The certifier’s name is saved as it was on the day, so a later profile edit can’t change an old entry. You set how long a certification stays valid, and Korvix marks the gondola Expired once it lapses.
A rule can also certify a unit. When the right inspection form clears its final approval, the gondola is certified at the same moment, with the certifying employee recorded by name.

Staged approvals
Send a response through numbered approval stages, with approvers chosen by name, by label or from a field on the form. Stages are approved in order, and each needs its set number of approvals before the next one starts. Approvers get a reminder when a response waits too long.
Amendments, not overwrites
Correcting an answer creates a new version of the response and restarts sign-off. The original stays on record unless an admin deletes the response, which is logged. Nobody can quietly edit a submitted inspection, including the person who submitted it.
The audit log records reads as well as changes.
Korvix logs who opened a worker’s record, who asked for which files, and whether each attempt was allowed or denied. Filter by action, category, channel, target type or date range, and search by person.
AI assistants are logged too. Every request an assistant makes through the MCP server lands in the same log, under the same permissions as the person it acts for.
