Forms run in the chat your crew already uses.
Korvix works inside Telegram or Discord. The worker opens a form from the bot’s menu, and the bot goes through it one question at a time, keeps track of what’s left, and picks up where the worker stopped if they come back within 30 minutes. When an answer changes which questions apply, the bot says so and adjusts the list.
Each worker picks a language once, and the bot’s prompts, buttons, reminders and approval notices all arrive in it. There’s no new app to install and nothing to learn beyond replying to the bot.

A photo forwarded from last week proves nothing. When an answer needs to be evidence, mark the field Camera Only or Realtime Location.
- One-time link
- The bot sends a link that works once and then expires. A photo pasted into the chat is turned away.
- Camera only
- The link opens the phone’s camera in the browser. There’s no gallery and no file picker, so the photo is taken now or not at all.
- Realtime location
- A Realtime Location field takes a live GPS reading from the phone as its own answer. On the response map, the dashboard shows how far it was taken from the sites you select.
Flag answers taken away from the site.
Add a geofence condition to a rule, choose the sites and a Threshold (meters), and Korvix measures each captured location against them. When a response lands outside the geofence, the rule can Apply Label or Require Approval. Set On Missing Location to Flag, and an answer with no location counts as outside too.
Test a rule before it goes live
The simulator runs a rule against sample answers and shows which conditions matched and why. It saves nothing, so you can change the rule and run it again until it behaves the way you want.
